US Treasury Department has revealed a recent hack which allowed hacker to access some computers. The department said it learned about the breach on December 8 when software service provider BeyondTrust flagged that hackers stole a key used by the vendor to secure a cloud-based service used to remotely provide technical support for workers. The compromised service has since been taken offline.

He had travelled to Russia to visit his family, it added. The plane was on its way to the Russian city of Grozny from Azerbaijan’s capital Baku.
