3 people are dead after an attack on Kyiv

A student dormitory in Kyiv’s Holosiivskyi district was hit by a drone and one of the building’s walls was on fire, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said. This comes after Russia and Ukraine released 307 more soldiers and civilians as part of a prisoner exchange.
