neural crest- like cells help to mimic an injury response
Researchers used scRNA-seq data from ABC-WMB atlas to identify and remove off-target cell types from downstream analysis. Off-target cell types were also collected because of dissection variability, and they could result in bias of age analysis if certain libraries contained more off-target cells than others. They calculated the fractions of cycling and non-cycling cells for each precursor-like malignant state in each of the samples.
