Researchers have performed F4 tests of the form F4(Mbuti, YCH; test, TIX) to identify if the YCH group is more closely related to the TIX group, or shared an excess of alleles with any population in position test. We used qpWave50 v.420 to test whether the newly sequenced individuals were genetically similar enough to be grouped into one group.
