The new book explores how the inner circle of Biden kept his mental decline at bay

US Senator Chuck Schumer has said he thinks Joe Biden should drop out of the 2020 presidential race, as he was unable “to do his job because of mental decline”, CNN reported. “I want him to run,” Schumer said, adding, “I don’t know what that means…but it seems to be what he’s telling me.” Biden is currently the Democratic Party’s vice presidential nominee.
