Health officials in Gaza say an Israeli strike killed 22 people
As many as 13 people were killed after a missile was fired at a school in the Gaza Strip, Gaza’s security services said on Saturday. The Israeli military said it conducted a “precise strike on terrorists” operating at the al Falah School, which is connected to the Zeitoun School. Gaza’s rescue services said most of the deaths were women and children, including a 3-month-old infant.
Biden warned that Gaza pier would undermine other aid routes
The US has decided to build a temporary pier in the West Bank to deliver aid to the Gaza Strip amid the war between Israel and Hamas. President Joe Biden had ordered construction of a temporary pier in his State of The Union address in March to hasten the delivery of aid to the Palestinian territory.
There are conversations and ideas about the moment
The Israeli military on Sunday said it has rescued an Israeli hostage who had been kidnapped in the Gaza Strip by Hamas last month. The military also recovered the bodies of six other hostages in southern Gaza, which brings the number of Israeli hostages in Gaza to 108, the army added. This comes amid UN-led peace talks between Israel and Hamas.
A school in the Gaza Strip was bombed, killing at least 30 people
A rocket hit a sports complex filled with children playing soccer in the Israeli-controlled Golan Heights on Saturday, killing 11 children and injuring 30 others. The rocket launched from southern Lebanon killed 11 children with around 30 injured, several of them very seriously. This comes a day after an Israeli air strike on a school in the Gaza Strip killed at least 30 people.
Poor debate may not have hurt Biden
US President Donald Trump on Tuesday said that if he is president, the US would take a “hard look” at whether Israel should be stopped from bombing the Gaza Strip. “We’re going to take a close look at that. We’re going to take a look at that. I don’t think they should be allowed to do it,” he added.
Themselves should stop debasing Israel
Israel’s Defence Minister Benny Gantz has warned that Israel is prepared to go to war with Lebanese Hezbollah. “I think there’s no other choice but to go to war with Hezbollah,” he added. Earlier this year, Israel launched a military offensive in the Gaza Strip in response to a barrage of rockets fired from Lebanon into Israel.
