Apollo Carreon Quiboloy is a pastor on the FBI’s Most Wanted List

A Filipino preacher accused of sexual abuse and human trafficking in the Philippines surrendered to police on Sunday and was flown to Manila where he was put in police detention, officials said. Apollo Quiboloy surrendered after the Philippine police gave a 24-hour ultimatum for him to give up. Quiboloy’s church has recently started livestreaming video sessions from their forested estate at highest mountain in the Philippines.
