The death toll in Gaza is rising, as Israel turns its attention to Iran

Israel has said it “precisely struck” command centres belonging to Iran’s Quds Force, an elite military and intelligence arm of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). The Israeli military said that four IRGC officials, including the head of the IRGC’s Intelligence Organisation, were killed in the strike. The attack comes after Israel launched an offensive against Iran last week.
