A judge says that federal workers who were fired must be offered back their jobs

A US judge has ordered the Trump administration to reinstate thousands of federal employees fired in recent weeks after finding federal agencies acted unlawfully. “A single judge is attempting to unconstitutionally seize the power of hiring and firing from the Executive Branch,” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement.
