Kids Online Safety Act

The Senate vote with less than two weeks to recess is important for KOSA

US Senate’s Majority Leader Chuck Schumer is set to bring the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA) and Children’s and Teens Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA 2.0) to the Senate floor for a procedural vote this week. KOSA will allow minors to search for what they want and receive “evidence-informed information”. COPPA 2.0 will let children search for what they want and receive “evidence-informed information”.
