Israel’s Defence Minister, Ehud Barak, has said that Israel will carry out “a comprehensive campaign” in Lebanon. This comes after a wave of explosions hit the Israeli Embassy in Beirut on Tuesday and Wednesday. “This campaign could destroy a significant portion of Hezbollah’s missile and other capabilities acquired with Iranian assistance, which pose a serious threat to Israel’s home front,” Barak added.
