A third Black Hawk crew member has been identified

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has said that it has retrieved both the black boxes of the American Airlines flight that collided with an Army helicopter in Washington, DC on Wednesday, killing all 67 passengers and crew on board. The black boxes will be sent to the National Transportation Safety Board for further investigation.
