Parts of the Northeast and Midwest are expected to continue getting dumped on by lake effect snow
The National Weather Services (NWS) has issued a blizzard warning for upstate New York and southwestern Pennsylvania. Areas in the two states have received between 24 and 30 centimetres of snow so far this week, according to the NWS. Erie County in Pennsylvania has received between 24 and 30 inches of snowfall since Saturday and has been under a state of emergency.
