Israel is preparing for a possible larger ground invasion of Lebanon

Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday called for an investigation into the assassination of Hezbollah chief Sheik Hassan Nasrallah in a strike by the United Nations (UN) on Saturday. “The government of Israel has decided to request an investigation into the assassination of Sheik Nasrallah,” he added. At least 15 people were killed in the strikes, Lebanon’s Civil Defence said.
