Apple CEO Tim Cook said Susan Wojcicki was one of Silicon Valley’s visionaries and “will be missed by so many”. “People feel like the world is going to end, but it is built by people, with Susan’s quiet leadership in a ridiculously complex environment showing how special that is,” Cook added. Wojcicki passed away at the age of 56 after a battle with lung cancer.
