In Spain and Portugal the capitals are disabled by a major power outage

Power went down on Monday in parts of Spain and Portugal due to a problem with the European electricity grid. Spain’s electricity network operator said it’d be restoring electricity to the North and South of the peninsula over the next few hours. The company said that it had to cut power in certain areas to make sure the network was stable.
