Nearly 1,300 Syrians were killed in 72 hours of clashes and revenge
Over 400 people have been killed in the conflict between Syria and Turkey, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said. Fighters affiliated with the Syrian government have killed most of the civilians in the conflict, it added. The Syrian government said that it has rejected “undocumented allegations accusing government forces of committing violations” and will hold to account those found to have harmed civilians.
