Americans could get more cash from Trump’s new tax cuts

A new analysis by The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities has said that the biggest benefits of the tax cuts would flow to people who owe most in income tax. However, the report added that a handful of Republican lawmakers representing states like New York, New Jersey and California with high local property taxes are leading the push for a higher cap.
