Trump signs an executive order to stop the TikTok ban

US President Donald Trump has signed an executive order to block the US government from selling a stake in TikTok to Chinese conglomerate ByteDance for 75 days. Trump ordered the US Attorney General “not to take any action” to enforce the law against ByteDance. He said the government will have a stake in TikTok through a joint venture with a private company.
