The immune cells swap from cancer to the other way around

T cells from splenocytes of C57BL/6J mice were transferred into mice 7 days after tumour inoculation. Cells were incubated with 10M CFSE for 20 min at 37 C in 5% CO2, washed 3 times with RPMI medium and incubated for 3 days, followed by an additional live/dead cell staining and flow analysis. The transfer of mitochondria from cancer cells to TILs was measured.
