A study by World Weather Service (WWS) found that climate change made Valencia’s rainfall this week about 12% heavier and twice as likely. It added that climate change made this week’s intense rain about 14% heavier and two times as likely. The amount of rainfall in Valencia on Monday was the second highest in the last 25 years, according to WWS.
