The US Treasury Department has admitted that it was hacked by China

US Treasury Department has revealed a recent hack which allowed hacker to access some computers. The department said it learned about the breach on December 8 when software service provider BeyondTrust flagged that hackers stole a key used by the vendor to secure a cloud-based service used to remotely provide technical support for workers. The compromised service has since been taken offline.
